The demolition of the existing parking garage and site preparation portion of the project had multiple logistical challenges . The schedule was aggressive and had to consider minimizing delays to the Hospital operations. Simpson & Brown and Whiting-Turner coordinated and executed a plan in order to install the new foundations. We successfully re-routed utilities, established pedestrian walkways, and installed a support of excavation allowing for up to 16 feet of cut from established grade.
