Not only was the job site undeveloped, there was winter concrete and high amounts of rainfall. The challenges of the pandemic—working away from home, to be more precise—also was a consideration.

Simpson & Brown performed excavation, form work, and rebar for various concrete footings, slabs, and equipment pads. Truck loading rack was 300+ yards poured with a pump truck in the winter using concrete additives and insulation.
