Christiana Hospital Women’s Wing Phase 1

Project Challenges:
Drilled Soldier piles were installed within 3 inches of the existing hospital wall. Hospital Emergency Room was required to remain active throughout the duration of the project.
Work Performed:
Support of Excavation consisted of drilled mini-pile soldier piles with treated timber lagging and drilled tiebacks to support an 18 l.f. cut from existing grade.
